Video: Top cop on corporate crime

He was the man who made the decision to prosecute Martha Stewart. He oversaw the indictments of executives from Adelphia and WorldCom. Now, James Comey is the Deputy Attorney General of the United States, overseeing all of the government's cases against corporate crime.

While the public and the press have been focusing on the Martha Stewart verdict, Comey and  his  colleagues at the Justice Department have been investigating and bringing cases on many other fronts. In an exclusive interview with CNBC, Comey talked about his progress in the battle against white collar crime and the significance of the Martha Stewart conviction.
