They say technology is babysitting our kids these days, but how many of us are a bit nervous about giving our iPhones to youngsters? You’re only a few taps away from a deleted app, an errant e-mail or even an awkward phone call to your boss. Enter TRTL BOT’s KidSafe case for the iPhone 4 and 4S.

The case is double-sided. For everyday use, it protects the phone like any other case, with raised edges to shield the front from drops that even we adults are guilty of. Before you give it to your kid, flip the case around, and it covers up the home button. The back is cut out so the screen is still visible, but your kid’s not getting out of the app you've selected for them, such as a game or movie player. Your data stays safe.

The KidSafe is available from TRTL BOT’s website for $25 and comes in three colors, Charcoal Black, Arctic White, and Grass Green.
