Awards acknowledge hospitality staff

It's an unexpected competition among the people who greet visitors to western Massachusetts.    The " Howdy Awards" recognize hospitality excellence.     An original field of 200 submissions was whittled down to 50 finalists in seven categories.    Those fifty finalists were officially announced at Full story
