DUBAI (Reuters) - Iran and the U.N. atomic agency ended talks on Thursday evening and will hold a further round of talks on February 12 in Tehran, the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) reported on Thursday.

Senior U.N. nuclear inspectors are hoping to reach a long-sought agreement to unblock an investigation into suspected weapons research in the Islamic state.
