LONDON (Reuters) - British citizens in Somalia should leave immediately because there is a specific threat to foreigners in the breakaway enclave of Somaliland, the British government said on Sunday.

"We are now aware of a specific threat to Westerners in Somaliland, and urge any British nationals who remain there against our advice to leave immediately," the Foreign Office said in a statement that gave no more details of the nature of the threat.
