  1. San Francisco Bay Area – Up 24.7%
  2. Vero Beach, FL – Up 11.1%
  3. Midland, TX – Up 11.1%
  4. Fond Du Lac, WI – Up 10.6%
  5. Provo, UT – Up 9.8%
