SAO PAULO (Reuters) - The approval of 2010 reforms at the International Monetary Fund are key to helping countries in financial need such as Ukraine, Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega said on Monday.

Mantega talked to the press after meeting U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew in Sao Paulo.
