In Sweden, loud lovemaking is no cause for eviction — during the daytime.

    1. C'mon — what's not to like?

Hoof it over to Facebook to join the weird news herd.

A landlord has dismissed a complaint from some apartment dwellers who weren’t so happy about their amorous neighbors.

Under the Swedish Housing Act, neighbors are not to be disturbed at night by loud noises such as music, TV or even lovemaking. But the law also guarantees tenants’ right to a normal family life.

The housing company that runs the apartments has decided that getting intimate is a part of normal family life and it’s all right to express one’s enthusiasm — during the day.

The company’s marketing director likened the afternoon sessions to “babies having colic.”

She says squalling babies wouldn’t be evicted, either.
