You may notice a change in the navigation of MSNBC.com. We’ve turned off the “flyout” News Menu after hearing from many of you that this tool interfered with your news experience. We believe our new navigation will make it easier to find the wealth of information that we publish each day, as we work to make MSNBC.com your portal to the world.

Over the years, as we have added an enormous array of news, features, data, multimedia, tools and other features, we’ve outgrown the navigation style we pioneered seven years ago. I often hear from readers who are surprised when they discover a columnist or feature they never knew we offered. With the new navigation, MSNBC.com editors will have more opportunities to help you find our most valuable content—the news and information you need every day to sort through these complex times.

Please tell me how you like the new navigation. And tell me what you think we should be doing more—and less—of on MSNBC.com. We welcome your comments.
