Q. Who pays for shipping and how will it be shipped?
A. The seller will pay for all shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated in the auction listing, all items are shipped via Federal Express. Winning bidders must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Q. I've won the auction! What happens next?
A. A representative of MSNBC will contact the winning bidder to confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in US funds and received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?

A. We accept cashier's check and wire transfer. If paying by cashier’s check, please make payable to “MSNBC” in US funds and ship via one of the following traceable sources: Federal Express, Airborne Express, DHL or UPS. Sorry, no personal checks.
