Sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS, are spreading to people of all races, sexual orientations and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Currently there are more than 65 million people living with incurable STDs in the United States, and at least one in four Americans will contract an STD at some point in their lives, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports.
