Republican Senator Lindsey Graham continued to play coy Sunday morning when asked if he was considering throwing his hat into the presidential ring.
“We're not polling, but we set up a testing-the-waters committee under the IRS code that would allow me to look beyond South Carolina as to whether or not a guy like Lindsey Graham has a viable path,” the senator from South Carolina said.
This comes after Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) jokingly referred to Graham as his “illegitimate son” during a press conference last week and expressed his desire to see his friend run.
While staying non-committal, Graham did take a moment to tout the foreign policy credentials he would bring to a presidential run. “I think the world is falling apart and I've been more right than wrong when it comes to foreign policy. But we’ll see,” he said.
