I've been blessed with supportive parents, a good education, a strong work ethic, and a lot of luck.
Who or what has been the greatest influence on your career?
My dad was an immigrant and a career federal employee. He instilled in me a love of politics and the importance of giving back to this country.
What do you consider your greatest accomplishment during the Obama administration?
As the White House Cabinet Secretary during the first term, I was privileged to support the most effective and cohesive Cabinet in modern history.
