It's the end of an era for five-year-old Bobby Tufts, who served two terms as mayor for Dorset, Minnesota. Tufts was re-elected as mayor last August and will be succeeded by 16-year-old Eric Mueller, according to NBC affiliate KARE 11. Bobby's mother Emma posted the announcement of his term's conclusion on her Facebook page Sunday.

As part of an unconventional election process, Dorset residents elect the mayor raffle-style by collecting $1 per paper bid and then combining them in a hat. The town, which has about 11 businesses, dubbed itself "Restaurant Capital of the World," according to its website.
