The leader of the Los Zetas drug cartel was arrested in Nuevo Leon, Mexico early Wednesday, government sources confirmed to Telemundo.
Alejandro Trevino-Morales, one of Mexico's most wanted men, is also known as "42" or "Omar." He is the brother of ex-Zetas leader Miguel Angel Trevino-Morales, who was captured by authorities in 2013.
The arrest comes days after the capture of Servando 'La Tuta' Gomez, leader of another drug cartel, the Knights Templar.
