Noted Latino celebrities teamed up with voting rights groups on National Voter Registration Day to create numerous ads to convince Latinos to register to vote before the presidential election in November.

Casa in Action, an advocacy group that supports Latinos and immigrants, worked with actor Edward James Olmos and musician Carlos Santana to urge Hispanics to the polls.

Olmos asked voters to join him and vote in the presidential election as part of the #ThisIsMyHome campaign. As part of the same campaign, Santana shared his love for an ethnically diverse population in the U.S. and his wish for immigration reform.

In his second voter registration PSA this month, Lin-Manuel Miranda and the League of United Latin American Citizens, or LULAC, created a video encouraging people to become more politically active, even if they only vote.

As part of a larger partnership between the voting rights group Voto Latino and Hulu's hit series "East Los High," actors from the show starred in a video geared toward potential Latino millennial voters.

The video cites Donald Trump's proposed border wall, how difficult it is to work out of poverty and that 44 percent of the Latino electorate are millennials.
