Latina pop star sensation Jennifer Lopez will be one of the creators and executive producers of a new hit dance competition series called "World of Dance."
"Jenny from the Block" will pair up with NBC Universal Television Alternative Studios to produce the show, which will feature ten episodes where the winner will receive a life-changing prize of $1 million.
Solo artists will compete against duos and crews featuring everything from hip hop to krumping, popping, locking and tapping, as well as ballet, break dancing, ballroom dancing and even clogging and stomping.
The show's dancers will be picked from online auditions as well as auditions in front of judges. There will be three groups, those under 16, over 16 and teams. The castings will take place in September in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York.

Lopez recently collaborated with "Hamilton" creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda on "Love Make the World Go Round;" all the proceeds of the song go to the victims and families of the Orlando shooting. She's also starring in a hit NBC show "Shades of Blue" returning for a second season.
