While guest co-hosting "The View" on Tuesday, Kelly Osbourne made a questionable comment on Latinos that has a lot of people talking.

In an effort to respond to Donald Trump's controversial stance on immigration, Osbourne said: "If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?" She continued, "In the sense that...you know what I mean? But I'm saying that in L.A., they always..."

The other co-hosts were taken aback; as E News reports, Rosie Perez said, "Latinos are not only...." Osbourne cut her off and said, "No, I didn't mean it like that! Come on! I would never mean it like that! I'm not part of this argument."

Osbourne was quick to backpedal on her remarks, clarifying that she meant to criticize Trump and not to offend Latinos. Rosie Perez was apologetic at the end of the show, explaining that she had been overly sensitive. Perez also sent out a tweet in support of the intentions behind Osbourne's remarks.

The Internet, on the other hand, was not so understanding. After the reality TV star's remarks, "Kelly Osbourne" was quickly trending on Twitter with thousands of users weighing in.

Kelly Osbourne responded with a statement on her Facebook page saying she apologized for her poor choice of words and saying she was not a "racist."

"I've learned a valuable lesson," said Osbourne.
