A father and daughter in North Texas have been a dynamic duo coaching youth football together and now the daughter, Ragan Montero has been calling the plays as offensive coordinator.
Her father, Albert Montero, told Today's Willie Geist that since she's been calling the offense, their team, the Flower Mound Rebels, has won six of the seven championships they've been in.
"It's non-stop for us. This is what we do in the fall. This is what we do in the spring. It's who we are," Ragan Montero told NBC's Today.
Montero's work earned her the chance to take a master class with the Dallas Cowboys.
