Three Filipino fishermen were rescued by the Taiwanese coast guard after a storm blew them off course and left them drifting for five days in their damaged boat, Agence France-Presse reports.

According to Focus Taiwan, the men were suffering from dehydration and sunburn and had sustained bruising. A second vessel carrying three more Filipinos remains unaccounted for.
