Move over morning jog, there’s a new way to stay fit in East London.

The club scene has entered the early morning horizon, at the Village Underground in Shoreditch, London and it’s aimed at people looking for an alternative workout.

Morning Glory “Rave your way into the day!” starts at 6:30 a.m. and offers live DJs, massages, superfood smoothies and good coffee to create an environment where people are encouraged to dance freely.

Unlike a traditional rave scene, it’s a drug and alcohol-free event, created to promote “conscious clubbing.”
