Painting the town with light in Berlin

Every year in October the city of Berlin is transformed by light during the Festival of Lights. Artists from around the world illuminate some of the city’s best known buildings and monuments using architecture as their canvas and light as paint. This year’s festival began on Oct. 8 and runs through Oct. 20.
