*** Tuesday’s “The Daily Rundown” line-up: It’s Election Day 2013! Chuck will speak to Virginia gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli (R) this morning and get an update from NBC’s Luke Russert covering the race in Virginia. National Journal’s Beth Reinhard and msnbc contributor Perry Bacon will discuss the governor races in Virginia and New Jersey and what they mean for 2016. The Washington Post’s Reid Wilson and Chuck will breakdown the big mayoral races today, and Chuck interviews former Republican governor of Florida Charlie Crist, who is running for his old seat again, this time as a Democrat.

Robert Pittenger (R-NC) and Former CMS Administrator Tom Scully on Obamacare and whether it’s good or bad for business.  The Advancement Project’s Penda Hair will discuss the nation’s first voter ID law in Wisconsin and other voter ID battles raging across the country.  Chad Griffin of the Human Rights Campaign will talk about his organization’s “Love Conquers Hate” campaign to support Russia’s LGBT citizens.
