Imagine getting paid by your day job to take time off and do whatever you want -- without it being considered a vacation. That's exactly what one Minneapolis ad agency did, presenting their employees with 500 hours off this summer to pursue hobbies, spend more time with their kids, or rediscover a long-lost passion project. The only catch: doing nothing was not an option.
