A bolt of lightning strikes over the sea near the capsized cruise liner Costa Concordia, outside Giglio harbor in Italy on Sunday night.
Crews will attempt to right the Costa Concordia on Monday morning in a make-or-break feat known as parbuckling, off Giglio Island in Italy.
