About 2,000 people remain stuck on the Greek side of the border, the Greek authorities said Sunday as Macedonia and other Balkan countries refuse to let them through, considering them economic migrants.

. Six-week-old male white Bengal tiger cubs are covered with blankets to keep them warm at a zoo in the Black Sea resort of Yalta. A rare white Bengal tiger cub has died of the cold in Crimea amid a two-week power blackout, the zoo's director said Friday. Zoo employees have been struggling to keep all the animals warm, he said, adding that other animals are still in danger while the zoo was waiting for a replacement generator to arrive Saturday from Moscow.
