Four people were shot and others were trampled by a panicked crowd after a gunman opened fire during a crowded Caribbean festival in Houston Saturday, authorities said.
The chaos erupted at the Jourvert Caribbean Festival, which was packed with 5,000 people, NBC affiliate KPRC reported. One of the shot men is in critical condition. Two other women were also hurt in a stampede as crowds fled the violence, police told the station.
There have been no arrests.
