Chicago Protesters Take to the Streets for a Second Night After Release of Laquan McDonald Video

Protesters blocked traffic while demonstrating a day after the release of a video that shows the fatal shooting of a teen by a police officer.

Dozens of protesters took to the streets in Chicago's Loop during rush hour Wednesday calling for "justice for Laquan" after video of the teen's fatal 2014 shooting was released Tuesday.
