Former U.S. President Bill Clinton greeted President Obama onstage at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City on Tuesday with a hearty handshake and a few jokes. Obama then went on to offer Clinton's daughter Chelsea his presidential motorcade to use should she go into labor.
