A north-facing view from the 75th floor of 432 Park in Manhattan, which officially achieved the status of tallest residential skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere on Tuesday. The building will feature 104 luxury condominiums across 96 floors with prices ranging from $7 million to $95 million.
While One World Trade Center is due to open early next year to great fanfare, and is the technically taller thanks to its spire, 432 Park boasts an extra 28 feet vertically, making it the tallest building in New York City.
