Health officials in Dallas reported the first known case of sexual transmission of Zika in the current outbreak Tuesday. As a result, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned Friday that men who have traveled to Zika-affected zones should use a condom if they want to be absolutely sure they don't infect sex partners.

The move does not mean that Couch's probation case will be transferred to the adult system, which will be decided during a scheduled Feb. 19 hearing.
