Police in Oregon have arrested a third person in connection with a shooting outside a Portland high school last week that sent three people to the hospital.

Marquis D'Angelo Murphy, 16, was arrested by police in Keizer, about 45 miles southwest of Portland, after a car chase late Tuesday, Portland police said. His older brother, Lonzo Murphy, 22, and another man, Marquise Diamond Dugas, 18, had already been taken into custody and all three are being called suspects in the shooting Friday outside Rosemary Anderson High School. There is no one else sought in connection with the case, police said.

None of the three have yet been charged in the shooting and are being held on probation violations, but police say more charges are pending. Taylor Michelle Zimmers, 16, remained in the hospital in fair condition Wednesday, police said. Two other men, a 17-year-old and a 22-year-old, were shot but have been released, and a 17-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet. Police have said they believe the shooting was gang-related, and that the suspected shooter has gang ties.
