'Frozen' Queen Elsa Is a Wanted Woman in Kentucky

The brutal winter has wreaked enough havoc on the city of Harlan, Kentucky, and the police department there can't seem to "let it go," jokingly issuing an arrest warrant for the character Queen Elsa from Disney's animated hit "Frozen."
