Passenger Train Derails Injuring Dozens in India

A passenger train derailed in northeastern India on Wednesday, injuring dozens of passengers. The engine and nine of the train's 13 carriages jumped the track near Jagiroad Railway Station, about 56 miles away from Guwahati, India.

Six passengers were hospitalized following the incident, with 36 others suffering minor injuries.

The cause of the derailment is currently under investigation.
