Tons of horse manure were dumped outside France's parliament Thursday in a committed yet smelly protest against the country's leaders.

"Out with Hollande and the entire political class. Long live the Sixth Republic," read a message on the side of the man's articulated truck. The man was arrested before he dumped the full load, Reuters reported.

President Francois Hollande is currently dogged by allegations he had an affair with a younger actress, France's sluggish economy, and the lowest popularity ratings of any leader in modern-day France.
