Monday on "Nightly News" we told viewers about a cognitive self-assessment test developed by researchers at Ohio State University that can help you determine your mental acuity. If you are not able to view their website (http://sagetest.osu.edu/) due to high traffic volume, we've posted the test here for easier access,as well as the scoring instructions.
(The four forms represent four different versions of the test -- you can choose whichever one you'd like to take. It is not necessary to fill out all four.)
