President Barack Obama will eulogize Vice President Joe Biden’s son Beau at a funeral ceremony Saturday, the White House announced.

The service is slated to be held at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church in Wilmington, Delaware at 10:30 a.m. ET.

Beau Biden died last weekend of terminal brain cancer. He was 46.

The former attorney general of Delaware, Beau Biden will lie in honor at Legislative Hall in Dover on Thursday of this week.

On Tuesday, Biden’s family announced the creation of a new organization called the Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children. The group "will stand up and speak out for children who are being abused," organizers said.
