Singer-songwriter CeeLo Green pleaded no contest Friday to furnishing ecstasy to a woman in 2012, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced.

Green, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, entered his plea to one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Young sentenced the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter to three years of probation and was ordered to complete 360 hours of community service.

Green, 39, also must complete 52 Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics Anonymous meetings, according to the District Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors previously rejected a rape charge against Green, after a woman claimed he gave her ecstasy and assaulted her during a dinner party. Green maintained they had consensual sex. Green, who was one of the four original hosts on NBC's "The Voice," left the competition show after he was charged.

"NBC and I plan to continue our relationship with several new co-ventures including a new music show, while we also explore our ideas for me to create and host a new show of my own. I will not go quietly into the night," he said in a February statement.
