New details have emerged in the wake of a man being found dead at Olivia Newton-John's Florida home.
"Subsequent to an autopsy this morning, conducted by the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner's Office, it was determined Tequesta resident, Christopher Pariseleti, died as the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound," the Jupiter Police Department said in a statement sent to E! News on Tuesday. "This case investigation has been classified as a suicide and there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. Pariseleti."
It was on Monday when Jupiter, Fla., police were called to a residence belonging to the singer and husband John Easterling. Upon arrival, authorities discovered a 42-year-old male who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. At the time, the deceased's name and cause of death were not released pending today's autopsy.

However, the Jupiter Police Department did confirm that the man had been hired as a contractor by Newton-John and Easterling.
"Olivia and her husband John are in shock over the tragic event that occurred at their Florida home yesterday," the couple's publicist said in a statement to E! News. "At this time we are awaiting additional information from investigators, but can confirm that the couple was not in Florida at the time and the deceased was not a family member."
