From meat dresses to snake accessories, the MTV Video Music Awards is known for its stunning — and shocking — looks. Here are 13 of the most memorable coifs the MTV Moonman has ever seen.

This year's drama could come from any corner, but the smart money's on Nicki Minaj making some sort of headlines. She's scheduled to perform her song "Anaconda," the new video for which features twerking, lap dances, and plenty of shots of Minaj putting her rear end through some impressive calisthenics.
