Babies wail as student sumo wrestlers hold them during a baby-crying competition, the Nakizumo Festival, at the Sensoji temple in Tokyo on Saturday. Babies are held face to face to determine how loud and long they can cry. The tradition dates back hundreds of years and a strong cry is seen as an indicator of future good health. Some 120 babies attended the event this year.
