"The Voice" went from 12 to 10 this week, when both Josh Logan and Jonny Gray were sent packing. But while it was the end of the competition for them, other contestants are still vying for the win, and Gray thinks he knows which one might just go all the way.

During a Thursday morning visit to the TODAY plaza, he named his pick.

"I like Caroline (Pennell)," Gray said. "I think Caroline, for sure, is definitely a frontrunner. She's my favorite."

She's also a member CeeLo Green's team — just as Gray was until Tuesday night. So a win for her would be a win for Team CeeLo, and of course, a loss for the other coaches — including three-time winner Blake Shelton.

"I think everybody's been giving (Blake) a hard time this season," Gray said, in what was surely an understatement. "I think it's a CeeLo year."

Gray explained that he learned a lot from his coach, who he thought of "kind of like the older brother." And now that it's over for him, Gray has no regrets about leaving the show — and his "brother" — behind.

"It was a great run," he said of his time on "The Voice." "I had a good time. It's been a dream come true. ... It's changed everything. I can't wait to get back home and get back to performing for everybody. ... 'The Voice' has just kind of taken me to that next level. I'm excited about it."

See if Gray's Team CeeLo prediction pans out as the season continues. "The Voice" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. and Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC.
