Real-Life ‘Superheroes’ Defend San Diego’s Streets

Mr. Xtreme founded the volunteer community watch group in 2006. Each member creates their own superhero identity and offers assistance to those in need. Membership is open to anyone with a costume and their own transportation - superhero powers are not required.
