It's been a long, contentious battle to decide the next U.S. president, but decision day is finally here. NBC News asked you to tell us why you cast your ballot.
We wanted to know your story about voting in the 2016 election, whether it was for Republican Donald Trump, Democrat Hillary Clinton or a third party candidate like Gary Johnson or Jill Stein.
