A mother and daughter gravely injured in the Boston Marathon bombing are planning to return to the finish line to cheer on a family member who never got to complete the race last year. Celeste Corcoran and her daughter, Sydney, survived the blasts thanks to the help of strangers, and recently they spoke with Brian Williams about that tragic day.
