Consumer Electronics Show 2015 is just around the corner, and that means outlandish but charming gadgets like these new speakers from Samsung are about to flood the Internet. The catchily-named WAM7500 and 6500 promise "rich-bodied sound experience no matter where you are in relation to the product." This capability is due to the speakers' interesting egg-shaped design, which sends sound flying in every direction. Both versions are wireless and have similar space-age designs, but the "movable-type" 6500 features a handle and built-in battery so you can place it anywhere in the room. Perhaps not the best choice if you're looking for the full audio experience, but it will help fill a room with music for a hastily-organized party.
There's no indication of when these funky speakers will show up, or how much they'll cost, but that information will likely appear when they make their formal debut at CES in early January in Las Vegas.
