The American Red Cross of Northeastern California established an evacuation center late Thursday "to provide comfort and support for victims" of the deadly college tour bus crash.

In a post on its Facebook page, the charity added: "We are getting a number of offers to provide items such as clothing and food for the victims. While the offers and generosity are greatly appreciated, we currently have all that we need to help support the victims. But our most sincere thanks for the offers!"
