24 Inches of Snow? 'High Impact' Blizzard Hits High Plains

Heavy snow was expected in parts of the Dakotas and northern Minnesota "with blizzard conditions possible" Monday, forecasters warned.

A winter storm is set to dump as much as two feet of snow on parts of the Northern Plains, according to The Weather Channel.

Heavy snow was expected in parts of the Dakotas and northern Minnesota "with blizzard conditions possible" Monday, forecasters warned.

"Lingering snow" was likely in the northern Great Lakes and upper Mississippi Valley on Tuesday, The Weather Channel added.
