Oscar Pistorius came face-to-face with Reeva Steenkamp's parents on Friday as he arrived in court for closing arguments in his murder trial.
Steenkamp's mother June has been a regular presence in court but her husband Barry joined her there for the first time on Thursday.
Pistorius' estranged father Henke also made only his second appearance in the courtroom as the trial began to draw to a close. The pair have not spoken in years, NBC News' Jeff Rossen reports, but they greeted each other with a warm embrace Friday.
