The Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate, coming to AT&T June 10, is eco-friendly and easy on the budget as well. The phone costs $49.99 with a two-year agreement. AT&T says the phone is its first 4G LTE model to obtain "UL Platinum certification."
Recycled materials were used to make up 80 percent of the phone's rear casing. The Exhilarate also comes with a "low-load, energy-efficient charger that alerts customers when the device is fully charged," AT&T says.
If you don't care about those aspects, you may also like the specs, which include a 4-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED display, dual-core 1.2 GHz Scorpion processor, 5-megapixel auto-focus rear-racing camera (you can record videos in 720 pHD), ad a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera.
You can learn more about the Exhilarate here. This isn't Samsung's first phone made with recycled materials. The company has had some practice, coming out with its literally green Samsung Reclaim nearly three years ago, for Sprint.
